Working beautifully
Inserted the sim and it was working within minutes. The app didn't download on my android but the sign in through chrome works well. The Sim changes as soon as you reach a new country and you get messages. Displays the data left on the Sim card. Bought in Australia and working in Europe 😉

Purchased this Prepaid Asia Explorer Travel data eSim before leaving for Bangkok and did the set up prior to my departure. All the instructions were very easy to follow…. Very efficient, everything worked as soon as I arrived my destination.. Super happy with it!! Reception and connection was never a problem and it really helped me in navigating places. I was able to order Grab taxi several times when on the road without any issues.. I purchased an e-sim for Bali, and it worked perfectly. Very easy to set up and was able to do this before I left NZ. Make sure you read the instructions first! As soon as we touched down in Bali, I flicked the e-sim on and instantly had data.

I highly recommend Global Starlink eSIM if anyone needs an overseas mobile or data line.
I have purchased 4 eSIMs from them this year and all of them have worked flawlessly.

I travelled to Portugal, Germany and the UK recently, and prior to departure I purchased an eSIM through star-link global. I purchased it on the way to the airport and by the time I arrived I had already received the confirmation email. It was super easy to install and activate once at your destination. The internet was reasonably good, some areas of poor coverage but worked well in the city centre etc. It was very much value for money. I most likely purchase this again when travelling elsewhere.

Staff at Global Starlink went above the average when I needed them on my world travel experience
I started in Dubai and started having issues straight away with no data, even though it was a data, phone and text sim.
Within no time they were on to me after my
initial problem and had it sorted out by the time I arrived in Greece the same day.

This is my third time using Global Starlink. Great customer service if you have any problems during the set up. Love the fact you can set activation date and receive instant connections upon arrival at your destination. I have used their e-Sim in Vietnam & New Zealand. Highly recommended.

Short Trip from Hanoi to Cat ba
Hi, I bought it while waiting to board. I received the eSIM by email in about 15 minutes and set it up easily. When I arrived in Hanoi, I activated the data on the eSIM and it worked perfectly. no issues with connectivity and data, also used it linked to my computer for some remote work. Smooth experience overall. I recommend this service!

I bought 4 eSims for myself and my family for a trip to Malta, Italy, France and the UK. The team provided exceptional customer service. Where the telecom providers systems were unusable, GLOBAL STARLINK provided assistance to me and liaised directly with the service operator. Sending an email with any issues or enquiry G-starlink responded within a less than 5 minutes. We recently purchased two eSIMs from Global StarLink for use in Turkey and Greece. While we encountered some initial issues connecting to mobile data after installing the eSIMs, Rifqi provided outstanding support throughout the process.
Rifqi was incredibly prompt and helpful, offering clear, step-by-step instructions along with a visual guide that made troubleshooting easy. This company has been extremely helpful in trying to resolve huge problems with our Vodaphone Espagna roaming sim. They’ve kept in constant touch, troubleshooting our problems and offering extensive advice. I’d purchase from them again, in a blink: however, NOT a Vodaphone sim… EVER! Trouble from day 1, losing total connection every time we went into an area of low connectivity, or a new country. Needing to get them to reboot the sim, only getting 2g phone and internet in the centre of Rome (unbelievable) thus making it impossible to use the internet, Vodaphone Espagna blaming Vodaphone Italy for the problems and vice versa. My wife used a Vodaphone roaming sim in the UK and had exactly the same problems, needing the company to reboot it as it lost connection (a visit to a Vodaphone shop confirmed that their roaming sims are constantly losing connection).
So, yes, please purchase from Global Starlink as their customer service is 100%. But please DON’T buy Vodaphone sims. Totally UNRELIABLE in our experience.
